Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for our umbrella brand, ranging from employer branding materials to B2B content (marketing materials, social media graphics, animation assets, presentations, websites, landing pages, whitepapers, reports, etc.);
- Develop current brand book use cases with new designs for different umbrella brand topics;
- Contribute to creative projects, ensuring all designs reflect our brand values and resonate with our audience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost marketing, sales, and other business-related efforts;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence;
- Mentor and inspire other designers on the team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing in a digital environment;
- Strong portfolio of previous work (must be included with application);
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar software;
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and typography;
- Strong understanding of branding principles and how to effectively communicate a brand story visually;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and present ideas to stakeholders;
- Great written and verbal English;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, 3D visualization, or AI design would be a bonus.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2480-4140 EUR/Month
