The QA department ensures our software products are of the highest quality and efficiency. We are a dedicated team of inspectors who carry out audits to validate quality criteria for customers, management, certifiers, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing tasks on many different browsers.
  • Help troubleshoot issues reported by the support team.
  • Report, prioritize, and solve bugs.
  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in writing test plans and test cases.
  • Escalate problems without waiting for them to be resolved on their own.
  • Be actively involved in teamwork.

Core Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a QA position.
  • Passion for breaking things.
  • Sharp eyes for details and the ability to see the big picture.
  • Willingness to grow and learn new things in a QA role.
  • Problem-solver approach.
  • High adaptability to changes.
  • Ability to accept feedback and make changes or improvements accordingly.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with browser extensions.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2200 - 3900 EUR/Month
