Main responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing in WEB, mobile/desktop applications or back-end systems;Review documentation and designs to understand testing needs;
- Estimate the time and effort required for testing tasks;
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers in feature planning;
- Suggest extra testing criteria for user stories;
- Create test cases/checklists based on guidelines and best practices;
- Prepare the necessary data for testing;
- Run tests on frontend, backend, and APIs;
- Identify and log defects;
- Re-test to confirm fixes for defects;
- Report test progress and results;
- Review and refine test cases for effectiveness;
- Assist the team in diagnosing and solving issues;
What we expect:
- At least 2-3 years experience in software testing;
- An attention to detail;
- Strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture of the whole product;
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of test design and a variety of test techniques;
- Experience with API testing;
- Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding of how to work in dev teams;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, written and spoken English;
Bonus point for:
- Virtualization, Gitlab, Jenkins tools experience;
- Script languages (e.g., Javascript, Typescript, or similar);
- Experience with Postman, BrowserStack/BrowserStack connect, and Figma;
Salary range:
- Gross Salary 2810 - 4300 Eur/Month
