Main Responsibilities
- Research, propose, and develop technical solutions for implementing customer retention related ideas.
- Maintain, develop, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide expert evaluation and recommendations for technical changes related to the customer retention domain.
- Participate actively in projects from a technical perspective, providing consultation on the best solutions.
- Order, prioritize, and track the implementation of technical tasks.
- Continuously improve, optimize, monitor, and fix marketing automation flows’ processes.
- Set up and monitor complex and non-standard flows/campaigns.
- Provide consultation and training to colleagues (as needed).
Core Requirements
- Strong technical skills with experience in marketing automation tools and platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, OneSignal, CleverTap or similar).
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Salary Range
- Gross salary 2980-5290 EUR/Month.
