Main Responsibilities

Research, propose, and develop technical solutions for implementing customer retention related ideas.
Maintain, develop, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Provide expert evaluation and recommendations for technical changes related to the customer retention domain.
Participate actively in projects from a technical perspective, providing consultation on the best solutions.
Order, prioritize, and track the implementation of technical tasks.
Continuously improve, optimize, monitor, and fix marketing automation flows’ processes.
Set up and monitor complex and non-standard flows/campaigns.
Provide consultation and training to colleagues (as needed).

Core Requirements

Strong technical skills with experience in marketing automation tools and platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, OneSignal, CleverTap or similar).
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Salary Range

Gross salary 2980-5290 EUR/Month.
