Marketing Automation Manager (Pre-Sales)

Main Responsibilites
- Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows, lead scoring models, and automated marketing campaigns to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze data to provide insights on lead behavior, campaign performance, and customer journey optimization.
- Execute automated outbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold outreach, and targeted advertising.
- Analyze outbound campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other marketing technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing operations and streamline processes.
- Track and analyze key metrics across acquisition channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing automation and campaign execution.
Core requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as HubSpot, Typeform, CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with outbound marketing strategies and tools would be an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2480 - 4300 EUR/Month.
