Main Responsibilites

Develop, implement, and manage automated workflows, lead scoring models, and automated marketing campaigns to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
Monitor and analyze data to provide insights on lead behavior, campaign performance, and customer journey optimization.
Execute automated outbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold outreach, and targeted advertising.
Analyze outbound campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other marketing technologies.
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing operations and streamline processes.
Track and analyze key metrics across acquisition channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing automation and campaign execution.

Core requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in automation tools such as HubSpot, Typeform, CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with outbound marketing strategies and tools would be an advantage.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2480 - 4300 EUR/Month.
