The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for a specific zone or floor for all employee questions related to employee experience in the workplace;
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to a team of office managers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment;
  • Collaborate with facilities manager in overseeing the management of multiple office zones, ensuring optimal functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards;
  • Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors;
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement within the office environment;
  • Oversee the planning and execution of office events and meetings;
  • Partner with facilities manager regarding health and safety regulations management;
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between headquarters and foreign offices;
  • Manage assigned projects.

Core Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Experienced in leading, motivating, and managing the office staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Organizational Abilities: Maintain in-office procedures and processes of a large organization. Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the office environment. Implement effective strategies to improve office processes and workflows.
  • Project Management: Plan and oversee office projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments. Remain flexible in handling unexpected challenges.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2480 - 2810 EUR/Month.
