Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the Indirect Channel team to shape the strategy for the Partners API.
- Lead the development and lifecycle management of the Partners API, ensuring outstanding performance, robust security, and scalability.
- Engage directly with our partners to gather requirements, design integrations, develop effective technical solutions, manage releases, and ensure quality.
- Align with engineering and product peers to address dependencies and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with engineering and product peers to identify and resolve roadblocks, address dependencies, and facilitate the timely delivery of features and solutions.
- Act as a technical expert, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring the API evolves under our broader product vision.
- Foster the Agile process by ensuring the team remains focused, productive, and aligned with business objectives while embracing a culture of innovation.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager, preferably with a focus on APIs, Integrations, or cloud-based systems.
- Proven ability to dive into technical discussions with engineers and solve complex problems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices.
- Experience in analyzing technical data and identifying trends, patterns, and issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage incidents effectively.
- Passion for working in Agile environments and leading product development in an iterative, feedback-driven manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for aligning cross-functional teams.
- Curios, self-driven, passionate about product excellence and data-driven decisions.
- Experience in B2B integrations is a plus.
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary from 4700 - 5700 EUR.
