Social media content strategist | Mid-Senior
The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create engaging content: brainstorm, pitch, and adapt real-time trends into social-first assets to support business campaigns.
- Plan and oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across different channels.
- Analyze and track performance, optimizing content based on audience engagement and key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align content with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing deadlines and stakeholder priorities.
- Experiment with new ideas and formats, continuously refining content strategies.
Core requirements
- Proven years of experience in social media strategy execution (global audience experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in creating and managing content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation and brand strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize content.
- Good understanding of the social web (blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, ratings, and reviews).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels and Google Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make complex ideas accessible.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2400-3900 EUR/Month
