Main Responsibilities
- Data Strategy and Governance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing financial and reporting data across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial and reporting data.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, including data security, quality, and access protocols.
- Data Management and Quality
- Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of financial and reporting data.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial and reporting data through rigorous quality control measures.
- Implement systems for data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Systems and Technology
- Manage financial and reporting data platforms, including data integrations from various sources and tools.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of financial data technologies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of financial data analysts.
- Foster collaboration between finance, data, and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Core Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Finance and Data, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical expertise in Data Warehousing technologies, including BigQuery, and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Looker.
- Experience with advanced data technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics.
- At least basic knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance).
- Leadership and project management skills to oversee cross-functional initiatives.
Salary Range
- Starting salary from - 5000 Eur/Gross per month. We are ready to discuss the salary according to your experience.
