What You Will Do

• Strategic treasury function development: continuously elevate the scope and quality of treasury function to prepare it for future access to capital and other strategic alternatives. 
• Cash management: monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels and minimize idle funds, and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs. 
• Investment Management: manage portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to organization’s strategy and risk tolerance. 
• Daily operations overseeing: continuously evaluate and improve treasury processes and 3rd party treasury systems to enhance efficiency and control.
• Bank relationship management: coordinate with banks to manage accounts, services, and transactions. Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services.
• Foreign exchange risk mitigation: assess and mitigate risks arising from exposure to foreign currency fluctuations.
• Internal reporting: provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for decision-making.
• Treasury policy development: establish and maintain policies for cash management, investment, and risk management.
• Team management: manage and develop the growing team of treasury specialists. 

What We Expect

• A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or other relevant field;
• 5+ years of experience in the Finance/Treasury field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and initiative;
• Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English;
• Advantage: comfortable using Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards, skilled in Business Central (Navision) or similar ERP systems.

Salary Range

• Gross salary from 6000 EUR/month.
