Junior-Mid Product Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously refine product roadmap, onboarding and other strategic processes and tools for the NordVPN product;
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, streamlining operations and enabling scalable growth;
  • Directly manage large projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives;
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of product team priorities and provide data-driven recommendations;
  • Ensure smooth collaboration within the NordVPN Apps Team, monitoring OKRs and managing knowledge bases.

Core Requirements

  • Experience in Product, Project, Operations roles, preferably in software or consumer tech development companies;
  • Strong understanding of business/product metrics and familiarity with scaled agile frameworks;
  • Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making;
  • Ability to execute and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with excellent planning skills and responsibility;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Familiarity with a variety of project management, collaboration, and analytical tools;
  • Tech-savvy and proactive in identifying process improvements, suggesting new templates or tools, and ensuring operational excellence.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or similar roles to our role;
  • Experience in cybersecurity, VPNs, or related technology products.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2150-4140 EUR/Month.
