The Team

We are looking for a project manager who will be dealing with VPN product owners and technical geniuses to create highest value possible for our users by owning your quality improvement projects. You will make data driven decisions and lead the implementation of technological solutions for real life user problems related to VPN product quality. Analyzing data, collaborating with engineers and data analysts, identifying UX problems, finding solutions, leading the efforts to implement your solutions and measuring and communicating the value delivered will be your daily actions.

Your role will be crucial in identifying opportunities how business problems can be transformed into sustainable future-proof solutions. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders, identify blockers, manage dependencies and resources;
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards;
  • Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders;
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information;
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements;
  • Embrace transparency and communication within the team.

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience  as a Project Manager in the digital product development field is an required;
  • Proven knowledge of agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, etc;
  • Proven experience in identifying team dependencies, roadblocks, needs, or challenges;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;
  • Great personal time and focus management skills;
  • Leadership, Risk Management, Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3150 - 5130 EUR/Month.
