The Infrastructure department is responsible for influencing and tracking change, providing frontline support, and delivering software-defined solutions.

Our QoS - Quality of Service team is responsible for ensuring that clients experience the best VPN service possible. The team has Data Analysts to measure the main important metrics and Project managers to lead changes to improve the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building and driving the automation of business needs for the QoS team.
  • Maintaining the backlog and ensuring its implementation.
  • Creating proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for specific problem testing or validation.
  • Training and mentoring less experienced team members in test automation.
  • Researching and introducing effective methods to test the full VPN solution end-to-end (E2E).
  • Ensuring high quality in the codebase.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts.

Core Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Ability to create multi-platform automation frameworks.
  • Experience with UI automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with source control systems.
  • Understanding of core CI/CD principles and unit testing.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of clearly expressing ideas and vision.
  • Basic knowledge of any SQL database.
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, or MacOS environments.
  • A quick learner unafraid of challenging tasks.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with iOS or Android development environments.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with web server development.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Cron, or other scheduling tools.
  • Experience with parallel programming.
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary  3150 - 5460 EUR/Month.
