About our design team

We are a multidisciplinary group of Product designers, Web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and Graphic designers. We’re building the future of digital freedom across our cybersecurity products, helping millions of users feel safe and in control online. Our focus is simplifying complex cybersecurity topics through clear, human, and high-quality design. We value ownership, honest feedback, and creative initiative. Main responsibilities

• Design through language: Own the UX writing for end-to-end web and app flows, from seamless onboarding to complex subscription management.

• Collaborate by default: Work side-by-side with designers, product owners, and developers to solve user problems using a mix of design and logic.

• Scale the craft: Maintain and evolve our brand voice and UX writing guidelines to ensure a consistent, human experience across our products. Build content and accessibility standards within our growing design system

• Validate your work: Use research and usability testing to iterate on copy based on real user behavior, not just intuition.

• Advocate: Be the champion for UX writing best practices, distinguishing product-led communication from marketing copy.

Core requirements

• The Experience: 3+ years of UX Writing or Content Design experience in a fast-paced digital product environment.

• The Craft: A proven ability to turn technical complexity into clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy.

• The Tools: Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance the writing workflow and scale content production. Nice to have familiarity with Figma and design systems.

• The Mindset: A researcher’s curiosity, you use data and testing to drive your content decisions.

• Native-level English: Exceptional writing skills with an eye for detail and global nuances.

• Portfolio: Demonstrating your problem-solving process and UX writing impact.
