Mid/Senior People Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Have full ownership of the creation of all employee documents from employment contract over amendments to exit confirmation;
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
  • Enter and maintain data to all our People systems to ensure data integrity and consistency;
  • Be a point of contact for our employees and consult them with all labor code questions (Lithuanian and abroad);
  • Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure an accurate and timely payment of all employees;
  • Work closely with Legal Team to prepare all necessary personnel documents;
  • Cooperation with foreign payroll and legal partners and public institutions;
  • Constantly look for ways of improvement and act on them.

Core Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a People Operation, Generalist, or another relevant role;
  • Hands-on experience with People Information Systems;
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation;
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent communication in English;
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2320 - 3310 EUR/Month
