The Mobile department believes in constant improvement and innovation, so it takes the initiative to refine all products at every stage. We’re actively involved in all phases of development with other teams to obtain the best outcomes – from the simplest UI elements to innovative features. 

QA Manager oversees the Quality Assurance of NordVPN iOS, macOS, and tvOS applications. The role requires sufficient expertise in manual and automated Quality Assurance methodologies used in agile software development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Assurance of NordVPN iOS, macOS, and tvOS applications.
  • Define and maintain processes for the test plan and several phases of the testing cycle.
  • Work closely with product and engineering managers, engineers, and other QA team members to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Define manual and automated QA strategies and ensure their execution.
  • Manage, support, and ensure personal growth and professionalism in a team.
  • Train and mentor less senior team members about best QA practices.
  • Motivate the team to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Supervision of team members and processes, ensuring team consistency.
  • Constantly improving the quality of testing and working environment in general.

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in manual and/or automation testing (preferably in apps).
  • 2+ years of experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Demonstrated experiences in driving QA direction and taking people along a change journey.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 4000 - 6800 EUR/month
