Main Responsibilities
- Gathering business and system requirements, translating them into functional specifications, process flows, entity diagrams, and necessary visual artifacts;
- Contributing to product backlog refinement activities by creating actionable user stories and tasks based on business needs and technical feasibility;
- Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Subject Matter Experts to communicate and clarify requirements, ensuring their fulfillment;
- Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and the project team regarding system functionality, issues, and execution;
- Performing system analysis, including technical feasibility assessments, interface analysis, and "as-is" analysis.
Core Requirements
- At least 3 years of analytical work experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Ability to apply various techniques, gather information from multiple sources, and prepare deliverables;
- Ability to identify dependencies and impacts of system enhancements. Experience in conducting research and providing recommendations for potential solutions;
- Knowledge of business process modeling, prototyping, and UML notation;
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira;
- Understanding of relational databases and REST APIs, with familiarity in XML formats;
- Solid presentation and consulting skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through requirements and implementation;
- Fluency in English, both oral and written;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the Cyber Security domain;
- Business Analysis certification, such as BCS Foundation in Business Analysis, CCBA, CBAP, or a similar qualification.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2800 - 5000 EUR/Month.
