The Backend department uses modern and innovative technologies to create our world-leading cybersecurity products. We have squads that work towards different goals, but we are mainly known as driven professionals writing quality code.

The Nord Account team provides a centralized log-in service for all Nord Security products. We are focused on secure authorization making sure that users’ data and accounts are protected from any unauthorized access. At the same time we try to offer users different options to access their accounts in a manner most comfortable to them (with or without a password, using their Google or Apple accounts, relying on external authentication devices…). Balancing between security and ease of access, all under the absolute imperative of availability is our daily routine.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design great APIs that work and are a delight to be used by our internal teams;
  • Focus on the delivery of high-quality code, where scalability and security come first;
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated developers where together you build and maintain our services in Golang;
  • Respectfully taking ownership of architecture, design, development, and deployment initiatives.

Core Requirements

  • Great experience working with backend technologies, ideally with Golang;
  • System design is nothing new to you, and you know what patterns to use when and why;
  • Passionate about building APIs that are easy to use and simple to understand;
  • A collaborative mindset where you love to discuss, rethink, and redesign your ideas that create shared success within your team and the company.
  • Design Patterns and Software Architecture patterns like Chain of Responsibility or Domain Driven Design are not news to you.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 17100 - 32900 PLN/Month.
