The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee documents, ensuring proper preparation for archiving;
  • Administer employee benefits, including sharing relevant information with providers and tracking updates in internal systems.
  • Prepare employment documentation for employees in Lithuania (including employment contracts and their changes);
  • Provide support to the People Operations team with various ongoing tasks.

Core Requirements

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and People Operations.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plius.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660 - 2320 EUR/Month
