Main Responsibilities
- Support product designers' teams and help them deliver great results, manage overall team performance and health;
- Shape the design team structure in a respective business domain;
- Mentor direct reports and help them grow as design professionals;
- Oversee user experience of features from conception to launch;
- Provide a strong UX and visual design direction, identify opportunities, and raise the bar of design quality;
- Improve design operations in cross-functional environments.
Core Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience working in Product Design and shipping digital products;
- At least 2 years of experience building collaborative teams and experience mentoring direct reports;
- Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Content, and UX Research peers and teams;
- Experience building and shipping applications for a range of platforms;
- Experience representing work to a wider product team, clearly articulating decisions, goals, and concepts;
- Experience shaping product direction, making strategic decisions;
- Great English communication skills; verbal and written.
