Senior QA Engineer

Main Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and automate tests for the Linux application;
- Improve and extend the existing test framework;
- Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate application functionalities;
- Participate in the full testing lifecycle, from defining requirements to preparing test cases and conducting tests;
- Analyze and document bugs, providing actionable recommendations to improve processes and prevent recurrences;
- Develop and implement a quality improvement strategy, taking ownership of quality assurance efforts;
- Lead end-to-end testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage;
- Mentor and guide QA team members within the Linux App Team.
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing, test automation, or both;
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improvement;
- Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of testing techniques;
- Strategic thinking with the ability to see the broader picture from both business and technical perspectives;
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bonus Point For
- Experience with test automation using Python;
- A proven ability to lead and manage a QA team.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2810 - 4300 EUR/Month.
