Main Responsibilities

• Design, execute and automate tests for the NordVPN Linux application;
• Improve and extend the existing test framework;
• Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate application functionalities;
• Participate in the full testing lifecycle, from defining requirements to preparing test cases and conducting tests;
• Develop and implement a quality improvement strategy, taking ownership of quality assurance efforts;
• Analyze and document bugs, providing actionable recommendations to improve processes and prevent recurrences;
• Lead end-to-end testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage;
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and processes, automate CI/CD pipelines;
• Mentor and guide QA team members in the NordVPN Linux App Team;
• Maintain and scale dynamic testing, integration and test environments.

Core Requirements

• Proactive mindset with a focus on improvement;
• 4+ years of experience in manual testing, test automation, or both;
• Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of testing techniques;
• Strategic thinking with the ability to see the broader picture from both business and technical perspectives;
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency with Python;
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems;
• VMs experience;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 3300 - 5800 EUR/Month.
