Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic range of projects from business process initiatives or changes to new systems implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders: Foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train and support stakeholders and teams: Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and team members, ensuring they understand project management, processes, and systematic ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.
  • Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in.
  • Document processes and business requirements and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: Proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success.
  • Knowledge of process mapping: Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do.
  • Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly.
  • Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues.
  • Hands-on and self-leadership attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2810-4300 EUR/Month.
