The Mobile department believes in constant improvement and innovation, so it takes the initiative to refine all products at every stage. We’re actively involved in all phases of development with other teams to obtain the best outcomes – from the simplest UI elements to innovative features. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead NordVPN Android application development, together with another product owner and an engineering manager in the team;
  • Own the product lifecycle from conception to release and beyond. From ideation to creating actionable and complete user stories, monitoring and reacting to the impact on the company’s goals;
  • Coordinate technical & operational sides of product improvement;
  • Engage closely with the development team to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as prioritize feature development;
  • Gather customer & stakeholder needs to form product requirements;
  • Gather and analyze data to better understand user needs and find ways to scale feature usability and user engagement.

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with product management or product ownership with a focus on digital products and technologies.
  • Product development knowledge and hands-on experience in product feature analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, marketing, and business teams.
  • Knowledge or skills in Software Engineering discipline.
  • Sense of ownership and commitment and ability to plan your work effectively;
  • Problem solver's attitude and a creative approach when needed.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus Points For

  • Proven software engineering knowledge or skills of any of the given platforms and infrastructure: macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux for effective platform-specific feature enhancements.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 4630 - 6120 EUR/month
