Our Legal team is a team of attentive professionals who deal with a variety of issues, including privacy, intellectual property, employment, compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.

Main Responsibilites

  • Provide daily legal advice on various commercial, marketing, and regulatory law issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (direct sales, indirect sales, marketing, software, technology, and other vendor agreements, etc.).
  • Research and evaluate legal issues and risk factors and provide strategic advice to businesses.
  • Provide business-oriented practical advice and risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Create and maintain standard form agreements and establish processes that minimize the need for extensive legal support in handling routine tasks.
  • Keep up with market developments, proactively contribute ideas, and work closely with other lawyers and internal stakeholders.

Core Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (experience with tech sector would be an advantage).
  • Good understanding of commercial and marketing law.
  • Knowledge of IP/IT, software regulatory and data protection laws would be an advantage.
  • Ability to provide and coordinate legal guidance across a wide range of legal issues in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
  • Being a good team player but also able to work independently.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 4960 – 6120 EUR/Month.
