Main Responsibilities
- Manage the entire experimentation process from the idea to the completion of the experiment through collaboration with other teams in the business (analysts, developers, designers, researchers, copywriters, QA);
- Conduct user behavior analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data sources and provide ideas to increase conversion rate and other relevant metrics;
- Create and execute testable, data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests;
- Execute and oversee the technical launch of experiment within established A/B testing platform;
- Track the performance of landing pages and channels to find actionable insights and react to identified problems and opportunities;
- Apply an iterative optimization approach based on the established patterns;
- Perform data analysis of experiments: explain the WHY behind the data and deliver actionable insights to further improve UX, conversion rates or other relevant metrics;
- Actively participate in planning, refinements, reviews, and prioritization of A/B testing roadmap.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing/website experimentation;
- Knowledge of statistics related to A/B testing: sample sizes, statistical significance, marketing funnels;
- Professional experience in using A/B testing tools and platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.);
- Understanding of UX research methodologies, user psychology, and UX/usability principles;
- Fluency in running data analysis through Google Analytics & GA4;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intensely iterative optimization process;
- Experience in working with Paid/Organic marketing funnels would be a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1820 - 2980 EUR/Month.
