Main Responsibilities
- Creating visuals for different channels: Website, blog, social media, mobile marketing, partnerships, etc.;
- Working closely with multiple marketing teams;
- Create aesthetically appealing work that is true to the brand spirit;
- Ensuring the end-to-end quality and consistency of design output;
- Taking ownership of projects, managing stakeholders and their reviews, incorporating feedback, and adjusting deliverables based on project needs;
- Effectively prioritize and meet established deadlines.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in marketing in a digital environment or advertising agency;
- Strong graphic design skills;
- Proficiency and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite;
- Figma knowledge;
- The ability to think strategically and solve problems as well as be creative;
- Attention to details - we're looking for an Eagle Eye here;
- Excellent communication, ownership, and prioritization skills;
- Ability to provide argumentation for your design decisions;
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment–thinking on the spot is always appreciated;
- Fluent English.
- Note: Portfolio must be included along with your application.
Bonus Points
- Understanding how to use and apply auto-layout in your design assets in Figma;
- Experience working with the Midjourney tool and prompts writing;
- Knowledge of other Al tools and plugins to increase efficiency.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2480-4140 EUR/Month
