The Finance team is a team of ambitious professionals, focused on making the finance process smoother and more efficient. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The financial team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervising purchase invoices approval process via Payhawk;
  • Working closely with PL, DE external accounting company;
  • Supporting in month-end and year-end closing;
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements;
  • Mentoring and developing junior colleagues;
  • Participation in thorough and timely monthly reports preparing and ensuring accuracy of financial records
  • Collaboration in an external audit by promptly and accurately responding to audit requests;
  • Assisting with various tax reporting and ad-hoc accounting inquiries;
  • Communication with other teams regarding daily issues;
  • Collaboration in accounting process improvements.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience);
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles;
  • Overall accounting knowledge;
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements would be an advantage;
  • Experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft Dynamics NAV);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Attention to details;
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person;
  • Great communication skills.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2150-3640 EUR/Month.
