B2B Product Legal Counsel (Privacy)

Main Responsibilities
- Providing daily legal advice on various privacy issues for B2B products;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements and other privacy-related agreements;
- Drafting and reviewing various privacy policies;
- Supporting and contributing to the Nord Security privacy compliance program;
- Advising on the current features of B2B products as well as on new initiatives, providing business-oriented practical advice and risk mitigation strategies on their compliance with relevant legislation across multiple jurisdictions;
- Being a legal problem solver for the business products’ teams, researching and evaluating different legal issues and risk factors, and providing strategic advice to teams to ensure compliance.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience (experience with the tech sector would be an advantage);
- Master’s degree in Law;
- Good understanding of privacy laws and a proven ability to provide and coordinate legal guidance across a wide range of privacy issues in various jurisdictions;
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and business-mindedness;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of IP/IT laws and/or privacy certifications would be an advantage;
- Experience implementing a privacy program and working on privacy-by-design initiatives would be a strong advantage.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3310 - 4960 EUR/Month.
