Main Responsibilities
- Support web product designers’ team and help them deliver great results, manage overall team performance and health;
- Lead the design process for our web platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience;
- Shape the design team structure in a main business domain;
- Mentor direct reports and help them grow as design professionals;
- Ensure that design solutions effectively align with both business goals and user experience;
- Provide a strong UX and visual design direction, identify opportunities, and raise the bar of design quality;
- Improve design operations in the team and cross-functional environments.
Core Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience working in Product Design and/or Web Design;
- At least 2 years of experience building collaborative teams and experience mentoring direct reports;
- Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, UX writing, and UX Research peers and teams;
- Experience in representing work to stakeholders, clearly articulating decisions, goals, and concepts;
- Experience shaping product direction, making strategic decisions;
- Great English communication skills; verbal and written.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 5960 - 6620 EUR/Month.
