The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support web product designers’ team and help them deliver great results, manage overall team performance and health;
  • Lead the design process for our web platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience;
  • Shape the design team structure in a main business domain;
  • Mentor direct reports and help them grow as design professionals;
  • Ensure that design solutions effectively align with both business goals and user experience;
  • Provide a strong UX and visual design direction, identify opportunities, and raise the bar of design quality;
  • Improve design operations in the team and cross-functional environments.

Core Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience working in Product Design and/or Web Design;
  • At least 2 years of experience building collaborative teams and experience mentoring direct reports;
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, UX writing, and UX Research peers and teams;
  • Experience in representing work to stakeholders, clearly articulating decisions, goals, and concepts;
  • Experience shaping product direction, making strategic decisions;
  • Great English communication skills; verbal and written.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 5960 - 6620 EUR/Month.
