As a corporate development team intern, you will take part in assessing various strategic initiatives across a cybersecurity tech unicorn.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage in product roadmap development, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and present concise findings to the broader team;
  • Assist in managing M&A deal flow, including evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, developing business cases, and participating in due diligence processes;
  • Conduct research on key acquisition targets and market trends, prepare in-depth studies and summarize findings;
  • Other ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.

Core Requirements

  • Hold or be pursuing a degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
  • Have a solid foundation in finance and business concepts;
  • Have basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills;
  • Be a proficient English speaker;
  • Be a fast thinker, problem solver, and attentive to details.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 924 EUR/Month.
