The Finance team is a team of ambitious professionals, focused on making the finance process smoother and more efficient. We’re keen on converting financial data into meaningful information and insights, which we do by automating workflows and analyzing data. The financial team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings;
  • Actively negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms and conditions;
  • Proactively build, develop, and maintain valuable relationships with main suppliers and internal stakeholders;
  • Review current contracts with suppliers to ensure ongoing partnerships and find optimizations.

Core Requirements

  • Tech-savvy personality. Negotiating and buying software products would be an advantage;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • Negotiation, communication, decision-making skills, analytical thinking, and ability to adjust your negotiation tactics;
  • Sharp-minded and a fast learner, willingness to step out of a comfort zone daily, meaning to look for extraordinary ways to reach exceptional results, hustle in procurement;
  • Initiative, ownership & proactivity.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2320-3970 EUR/Month
