Main Responsibilities
- SEO teamwork & cooperation, through empowerment and motivation;
- Plan SEO strategy, set directions & goals, and delegate particular tasks to Team members for implementation;
- To connect SEO actions with business results through measurement and analytics;
- Conduct user behavior analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data sources and provide ideas to increase conversion rate and other relevant metrics;
- Create and execute testable, data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests;
- Manage the entire experimentation process from the idea to the completion of the experiment through collaboration with other teams in the business (analysts, developers, designers, researchers, copywriters, QA);
- Track the performance of landing pages and channels to find actionable insights and react to identified problems and opportunities.
Core Requirements
- Previous technical experience with SEO (for at least 3 years);
- Understanding how different business actions contribute to business results;
- Strong data interpretation skills and ability to plan actions based on data;
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools;
- Previous experience as a successful and inspiring Team Lead would be very strong advantage;
- Previous experience with SEO strategies, growing revenue would be very strong advantage;
- Previous experience of planning A/B testing would be very strong advantage;
- Previous experience with different SEO tactics would be an advantage.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 4300-5290 EUR/Month.
