Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to explore their goals and challenges.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and organizational goals to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities.
- Targeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customers’ current and desired outcomes, aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planning.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trends.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account development, or inside sales roles.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large customer data sets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools for outreach and tracking.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering value and driving growth.
- Experience with active sales workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and workflows.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary 1490- 2480 EUR/Month. The bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
