Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Assurance of NordVPN Android mobile application;
- Defining processes for a test plan and several phases of a testing cycle;
- Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality product;
- Manage, support, and ensure personal growth and professionalism in a team;
- Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices;
- Motivating the team for achieving continuous improvement;
- Supervision of team members and processes, ensuring team consistency;
- Constantly improving the quality of testing and the working environment in general.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Manual testing;
- 2+ years of experience in leading QA team;
- Expertise in Software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Demonstrated experiences in driving QA direction and taking people along a change journey;
- Collaborative attitude.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in testing mobile applications;
- Experience in test automation.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3635 - 5455 EUR/month
