Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the engineering roadmap to support product scaling, global expansion, and enhanced user experience.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to align engineering initiatives with company goals.
Technical Excellence: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the eSIM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Product Scaling: Design and implement scalable system architectures to support millions of users with high throughput and low latency. Develop frameworks for seamless integration.
Infrastructure Optimization: Build and optimize cloud-based infrastructures with redundancy, failover mechanisms, and robust disaster recovery plans.
Automation and Efficiency: Implement automated provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing systems to enhance operational scalability.
Security and Privacy: Scale encryption and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations globally.
Team Development: scale and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Core Requirements

Experience in software engineering leadership roles, ideally within telecom, IoT, or SaaS industries.
Strong technical expertise in areas such as eSIM, telecommunications protocols, embedded systems, or mobile technologies.
Deep understanding of scalability challenges and distributed system design.
Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Salary range

Starting salary from - 7600 Eur/Gross per month.
