Senior Manual QA Engineer (Saily)

Main Responsibilities
- Manual testing of Saily API, including some web platform testing.
- Defining processes for a test plan and several phases of a testing cycle.
- Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team.
- Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases.
- Create detailed and well-structured test cases.
- Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment.
- Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality product.
- Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Manual testing.
- Experience testing API.
- Expertise in Software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in driving QA direction.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of best Agile practices.
- Fluency in the English language.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in test automation.
- Experience leading QA team.
- ISTQB foundation certificate would be considered a huge advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3480 - 4300 EUR/Month.
