Main Responsibilities

  • Manual testing of Saily API, including some web platform testing.
  • Defining processes for a test plan and several phases of a testing cycle.
  • Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team.
  • Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases.
  • Create detailed and well-structured test cases.
  • Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment.
  • Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality product.
  • Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices.

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Manual testing.
  • Experience testing API.
  • Expertise in Software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving QA direction.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • Knowledge of best Agile practices.
  • Fluency in the English language. 

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in test automation.
  • Experience leading QA team.
  • ISTQB foundation certificate would be considered a huge advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3480 - 4300 EUR/Month.
