Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement processes and policies based on industry best practices, promoting transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a procure-to-pay tool organization-wide, streamlining procurement activities and enhancing visibility;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and pricing, and manage supplier performance;
- Implement a robust internal controls framework to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards;
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supply chain risks, contractual risks, and compliance risks;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectiveness, such as vendor consolidation, process automation, and strategic sourcing strategies;
- Monitor and analyze procurement data and metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities, drive cost reduction initiatives, and support decision-making;
- Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster professional growth and maximize team performance.
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus;
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company;
- Proven track record of setting up procurement processes and implementing procure-to-pay tools in complex organizational environments;
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements;
- Experience in building and managing internal controls frameworks and ensuring compliance;
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and support decision-making;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 4960-6610 EUR/Month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
