The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the purchase funnel of the specific channel
  • Co-drive channel metrics and contribute to channels OKRs
  • Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap, including but not limited to prioritizing methodology and application of strategic company directions
  • Manage the workload, priorities, and development of the direct team of specialists
  • Ensure efficient cooperation and communication both within the cross-functional team and with external stakeholders
  • Document and share best practices with other Growth managers.

Core Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience as a Product Owner, CRO Lead, or Channel Manager 
  • Proven track record of successful team management
  • Proven track record of successful ownership and improvement of key business metrics, such as Billings / Revenue / CR / Retention Rate, etc.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for design and usability
  • Data and research-driven, with strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset
  • The ability to work cross-functionally between business and product stakeholders.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3970 - 5785 EUR/Month
