Growth Conversion Manager
- Own the purchase funnel of the specific channel
- Co-drive channel metrics and contribute to channels OKRs
- Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap, including but not limited to prioritizing methodology and application of strategic company directions
- Manage the workload, priorities, and development of the direct team of specialists
- Ensure efficient cooperation and communication both within the cross-functional team and with external stakeholders
- Document and share best practices with other Growth managers.
- 5-7 years experience as a Product Owner, CRO Lead, or Channel Manager
- Proven track record of successful team management
- Proven track record of successful ownership and improvement of key business metrics, such as Billings / Revenue / CR / Retention Rate, etc.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for design and usability
- Data and research-driven, with strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset
- The ability to work cross-functionally between business and product stakeholders.
- Gross Salary 3970 - 5785 EUR/Month
