Life is online. In this role, you’ll help people own it.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact to employee related questions in Nord B2B and NordVPN Product.
  • Analyze data and create reports, slide decks.
  • Overlook information in the systems (eg. update org structure in Figma, review the career categories in Hibob, etc).
  • Support the specific projects or areas (eg onboarding, engagement, etc).
  • Support other HR generalists in daily and ad hoc tasks.

Core Requirements

  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial for explaining policies, resolving conflicts, and building relationships.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: The ability to solve problems, analyze data, and make sound decisions is a key requirement.
  • Confidentiality: An absolute ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is a must.
  • Organizational skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities are needed to manage numerous priorities effectively.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1700-2900 EUR/Month
