The Administration department provides valuable day-to-day services that keep our organization's work processes running smoothly and efficiently. Together, we oversee every administrative aspect, from top to bottom.

AV technician is a technical professional who specializes in establishing and maintaining electrical systems for audio and visual production. The primary duties of an AV technician may include operating microphones and speakers, adjusting lighting, using software programs to manage AV processes and setting up, arranging and troubleshooting AV equipment as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assistance With TV screens in all offices - weekly operation/broadcast preparation for events;
  • LED screen maintenance, commutation, connection, ensuring smooth operation during events;Audio system commutation;
  • Daily music radio functioning in Cyber City office spaces;
  • Preparation of tablets, computers, clicker for events;
  • Provision of licenses for online events, output of broadcasts from Google Hangouts/Zoom (atm mostly B2B);
  • Tech support during major events, workations;
  • Understanding and adapting internal office tech systems/spaces to non-standard needs.

Core Requirements

  • Two years of experience in sound engineering, audiovisual support and/or television broadcasting;
  • Familiarity with audiovisual software and control systems for seamless equipment operation;
  • Experience of regular equipment maintenance and repair procedures, including coordinating with vendors when necessary;
  • Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1983 - 2975 EUR/Month.
