The Administration department provides valuable day-to-day services that keep our organization's work processes running smoothly and efficiently. Together, we oversee every administrative aspect, from top to bottom.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize the office layout and ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas;
  • Assist co-workers, order presents for special occasions and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested;
  • Help with planning in-house and off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences;
  • Partner with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Find new and creative ways to improve our employees’ wellbeing;
  • Manage administration budget;
  • Manage relationships and negotiate with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
  • Make sure the business complies with health and safety legislation;
  • Manage employees accounts on mental health apps;
  • Manage other assigned projects.

Core Requirements

  • A go-to person with a proactive approach;
  • Previous administrative work experience;
  • Care for people and a can-do attitude;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills;
  • That you are a fast learner and self-organized person.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660 - 2480 EUR/Month.
