We are currently looking for a team member to join the Commercial Strategy team. Our team’s main goal is Saily commercial success. We are responsible for offering models and campaigns that enhance business growth, thus we thoroughly listen to our customers' needs, analyze data, track market trends and competition. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and monetisation strategies to drive customer's acquisition and revenue growth for Saily;
  • Explore and implement new and innovative pricing models to drive business growth;
  • Lead execution of comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes;
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to assess the impact of pricing and offering changes on customer behavior;
  • Forecast revenue and profitability based on pricing and offering strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Core Requirements

  • Successful previous experience in a similar role in business consulting, project management, market research;
  • Preferably experience in subscription based business, for example telecommunications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with many stakeholders, ex. data analyst, CRO, product owners, UX designers, etc.;
  • Ability to identify and constructively present business problems/topics to main stakeholders;
  • Data analysis skills with ability to provide actionable insights;
  • Proactiveness and meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660-3810 EUR/Month.
