Main Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow partnerships with large retailers, distributors and agencies across the world;
  • Prepare non-standard/complicated sales offers and/or solutions based on client’s needs;
  • Work with clients to cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that contribute to the team's ability to reach revenue targets;
  • Negotiate service agreements and product prices with key clients;
  • Ensure a seamless experience for clients during product on-boarding and launch;
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with business customers to ensure we're maximising their ability to sell;
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to help transition new leads into sales goals;
  • Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance;
  • Help with onboarding and training new Junior and Mid teammates;
  • Proactively identify and work on team improvements;
  • Work with an innovative product that changes the industry and biggest consumer electronic Retailers across the globe.

Core Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Experience in Tech/IT Retail or Distribution business: channel management, distribution/retail account management or similar position;
  • Good understanding of distribution-retail business and marketing;
  • Sales experience working with large accounts: creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships;
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding quarterly quotas/KPIs contributing to sales growth;
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle with diverse buyers;
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills as calls with business partners are happening regularly;
  • Great analytical skills: the ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making;
  • Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Ownership, flexibility, proactive and result-oriented way of working;
  • Strong learning aptitude and planning skills;
  • Strong Sales Acumen and negotiation skills;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office core products;
  • Big plus - experience with CRM, Project Management and ERP tools;
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2480-4300 EUR/Month.
