Channel Marketing Manager

What You Will Do

  • Development of channel marketing plans based on competitive landscape;
  • Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budget;
  • Communication to the subagent base at large, company updates, promo's, spiffs, product updates, product launches;
  • Administration, promotion, and ongoing execution of sales contests & recognition;
  • Purchase and management of marketing giveaways, Nord Security logo items;
  • National Channel Events - Tradeshow coordination;
  • National Partner Events - Allocations of resources, process coordination;
  • Regional Partner Events Coordination;
  • President's Club, Advisory Board, Engineering & Back Office meeting coordination;
  • Coordinate with Nord Security product marketing team rollouts & updates;
  • Maintenance of content on Master Agent portals and education conduits.

What We Expect

  • College Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business or related field is required;
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience, including experience working with the North American Master Agent and Sub-Agent channel;
  • Advertising or direct marketing agency experience as well as other professional services experience is a plus;
  • The Senior Channel Marketing Manager role is both technical and administrative in nature. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience in both areas;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including intangible such as poise and presence;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required – especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills including presentation skills;
  • Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize issues;
  • Must have the ability to regularly communicate in a manner that is respectful, professional and collaborative
  • This job requires 25% domestic travel.
