The Finance team is a team of ambitious professionals, focused on making the finance process smoother and more efficient. The financial team supports business stakeholders in making decisions, driving strategy, and achieving the lofty goals of an ever-growing unicorn with confidence. Our team owns and executes accounting, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, and treasury functions.

Main responsibilities

  • Participate in implementing a Company-wide business intelligence tool that will facilitate strategic and financial decision making;
  • Validate and consolidate data, and then transform and visualize it by using Power BI;
  • Prepare monthly reports including both managerial and operational KPIs, provide insights on trends;
  • Analyze profitability and cost structure of different products of the Company;
  • Plan, design, develop and maintain the data structure;
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and support them in decision making;
  • Facilitate company-wide understanding of key operational and financial business-related metrics;
  • Proactively participate in process changes, improvements, and efficiency activities.

Core requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field, as well as relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or mathematics;
  • You have knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (Power BI, Cube);
  • You have advanced Microsoft Excel and Business Central (Navision), or similar ERP system skills;
  • You are responsible, have strong critical and analytical thinking, and are able to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity;
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.

Bonus points for

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or mathematics.

Salary range

  • Gross Salary 2314 - 2975 EUR/Month.
