Our team owns and executes accounting, controlling, budgeting and planning, data and financial analysis, treasury and procurement functions.

As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our payroll process, ensuring timely payments to employees and accurate payroll accounting entries.

Main Responsabilites

  • Process biweekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including accurate calculations of regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and various deductions, in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure the accuracy of employee data and maintain payroll information for domestic and international employees
  • Prepare and import aggregated payroll data into the company's finance system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations by reconciling payroll accruals and liabilities
  • Manage the collection of payroll data from global teams, ensuring timely and precise submission
  • Carry out internal controls to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and mitigate risks associated with payroll processing.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll  in a professional and courteous manner

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with some experience in payroll a plus.
  • Proven experience with payroll software and accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger accounts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660-2810 EUR/Month
