The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective strategy for influencers, affiliates, and podcasts that aligns seamlessly with the company’s annual goals and objectives;
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify and generate contacts that resonate with the company’s target audience;
  • Implement strategic outreach initiatives to build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and podcasts that align with the company’s brand;
  • Negotiate partnerships in a manner that ensures the company maintains a full schedule of campaigns with a strong Share of Voice (SOV) in desired markets;
  • Take ownership of the entire process, from legal agreements to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis;
  • Constantly broaden the understanding of partnership opportunities, seeking innovative ways to collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and podcasts for mutual benefit;
  • Collaborate closely with the PPC team to ensure a seamless and fluid marketing funnel, maximizing the reusability of content across different channels;
  • Work collaboratively with the Content and Design teams to develop diverse angles and test the most effective campaigns for the target audience;
  • Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to leverage insights and unlock new market opportunities, ensuring that the influencer and podcast strategy is informed by data-driven decision-making.

  • Extensive Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, podcasting landscape, and emerging digital marketing trends;
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for influencer engagement and podcast partnerships aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience;
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, podcast hosts, and industry stakeholders;
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating partnerships, contracts, and collaborations with influencers and podcast entities while ensuring mutual benefit;
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to measure the success of influencer campaigns and podcast partnerships;
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Stay updated with the evolving digital landscape, trends, and technologies to continuously innovate strategies and approaches;
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging and negotiate terms with influencers and podcast representatives;
  • Project Management: Efficiently oversee multiple influencer campaigns and podcast partnerships simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.

  • Compliance and Legal Awareness: Knowledge of legal guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards related to influencer marketing and podcast advertising;

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 2150 - 3970 EUR/Month.
